✅ Mortgage consent to let

✅ Tax matters | Accountant or Financial Advisor

✅ GDPR | Privacy Notice | ICO membership

✅ Right-to-Rent

✅ How to Rent Guide | Must be provided to Tenants

✅ Deposit protection | Insurance or Custodial | My Deposits | TDS | DPS

✅ For insurance schemes | Client Money Protection needed

✅ Tenancy Agreement | Must reflect the deposit scheme of your choice

✅ Inventory | Completed prior to Tenants moving in

✅ Utility registration | Council Tax

✅ EPC | Rating E or higher | or exemption

✅ Gas Safety check

✅ EICR

✅ Smoke and CO detection

✅ Portable Appliance Test (PAT)

✅ Legionnaire's Risk Assessment
