Rightmove House Price Index – June 2026: Key Market Insights (with a Nottingham lens) 🔍

💠 The average two-year fixed mortgage rate has reduced to 5.07%, down from 5.18% last month.
💠 This reduces the average monthly mortgage payment by around £30, providing a modest boost to affordability.
💠 While mortgage rates remain higher than the ultra-low levels of previous years, greater stability is helping buyers plan with more confidence.
