An experienced Landlord letting properties 10+ years with a property portfolio spread across the Midlands and Yorkshire region, received the welcome news that Cavendish Residential had managed to achieve an increase in the rental price of his property.
Successfully uplifting the rent from £550 to £775 per calendar month!
His previous experience of using Letting Agents in the past has been mixed at best, which is why he was initially sceptical when Cavendish Residential was recommended to him for a property that had recently become unoccupied.
However after an initial chat with Lisa Dahl-Parsisson (Senior Valuer and Asset Manager at Cavendish Residential pictured above), he knew he was in safe hands.

Within the first hour of going live, viewings were coming in thick and fast!
The Landlord's mum along with Lisa went to meet the prospective Tenants in block viewings where they received really positive feedback.
Bidding war...
The final two Tenants ended up in a bidding war with the final result seeing the property let for £775 per month, a staggering increase of 41%).
