Successfully renting out multiple properties can be stressful without the correct knowledge and experience when it comes to Tenancy Agreements, notice periods, detailed legals, compliance, licensing, safety checks, property inspections... the list goes on.
However, armed with the correct Letting and Management team in place, a Landlord achieved letting out multiple properties with Cavendish Residential without having to lift a finger.
Originally, this particular Landlord came to Cavendish with one property, but after developing a successful relationship and being happy with the service provided, he then acquired two more which he passed over for full management too.
