Having identified the aspects of your Agent's services you are not happy with, you can go ahead to pitch your suggestions on how best they can incorporate changes to ensure you get the results you need.
🔸 Escalate your complaints
Firstly, ask your Agent for a copy of their formal Complaints Procedure, this will determine exactly how you should escalate your complaint. Usually, the last level of the procedure will be to contact an impartial redress scheme, such as The Property Ombudsman.

If you have tried all means to get your Agent to see things your way and it’s not working, it may be time to check the details of your contract on how you can terminate without incurring costs or legal liabilities.
