2. Stamp Duty changes and better borrowing options for First-time Buyers (FTBs)

šŸ”¹ The current level of stamp duty for a First-time Buyer is 0% up to Ā£425,000 - however, this is due to end in April 2025
šŸ”¹ A General Election is a huge opportunity for a new Government to come in with fresh ideas for better borrowing, and make any stamp duty relief for FTBs permanent
